RESERVATION POLICY – VILA MANGABA

1. Minimum Stay
• Low and High Season: minimum of 2 nights.

• New Year's Eve Package: minimum of 7 nights.

• Carnival Package: minimum of 5 nights.

2. Payment Methods
Via PIX or bank transfer.

Regular Reservations (low and high season)
• 50% upon booking for confirmation.

• Remaining 50% upon check-in (arrival).

New Year's Eve and Carnival Packages
• 50% upon booking for confirmation.

• Remaining 50% 15 days before check-in, via PIX or transfer.

3. Cancellation Policy – ​​Low and High Season
• Cancellations up to 60 days in advance: refund of the amount paid, with a 10% retention fee for administrative expenses.

• Cancellations less than 60 days in advance: no refund. 4. Cancellation Policy – ​​New Year's Eve and Carnival

• Cancellations up to 90 days in advance: refund of the amount paid, with a 10% retention fee on the amount paid as an administrative fee.

• Cancellations after 90 days: no refund.

• Cancellations up to 60 days before check-in: issuance of a credit note for the amount paid, valid for 10 months, for use in future stays (except special packages).

• The credit note is nominative, non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Failure to appear without prior notice will be considered a no-show, with full charge for the accommodation.

• No refund or issuance of a credit note.

7. Weather Conditions
• Cancellations due to weather conditions do not entitle you to a refund.
